PhotoAwesome Podcast No. 4
Podcast No. 4 is short because you asked for it!
That’s not true at all. We just went with a single interview: Denise Lira-Rattinoff. Denise is an MFA candidate in photography and she completed her 45-hour review last year. Steve has remarked that she gave the single best presentation he had ever seen for a 45-hour review, so what she has to say might just be worth listening to.
For those interested in the music, here’s what we used:
- Coldplay - Life Is for Living (hidden track)
- The Who - The Kids Are Alright
PhotoAwesome Podcast No. 3
It’s a Sculpture and Printmaking Extravaganza! Those of you who hate long podcasts might want to check back next time. This one is gonna’ blow your mind.

- Savannah Printmaking Professor Debora Oden along with two of her students
- Photo Students Robert Gill & Andrew Brodhead
- Heidi & Steve Aishman
- SCAD-Atlanta Printmaking Professor Robert Brown
and last but not least… - Martin Mazorra from Cannonball Press
I’m not including the track times because this is an m4a file… that means you can jump ahead within the track. Enjoy!

PhotoAwesome Podcast No. 1
In a risky move, we’ve decided to try our hand at something new… the audio podcast. Sure, we’re visual people at PhotoAwesome, but that doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy loading up some audio to take in while working on something else or driving. So subscribe to the new feed and sync up those iPods.
PS - It should be noted that we will, almost certainly, have some difficulties getting the podcast up and running. The audio file is there, and you can just download it directly from this site. However, eventually we will be listed in iTunes and things will work properly from there.
For those interested in the music, here’s what we used:
- Scott H. Biram - Wreck My Car
- Ralph Vaughan Williams - Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis
