I have a couple of announcements today, so I’m posting them both at the same time.
The first is an update on our evening out on Saturday night, January 6. Unless you guys object, Steve has suggested an opening at Eyedrum. The artist is Tomer Duwek and the show is called The Holy Pin. It will be in “the small gallery”, as they put it on their web site and the opening begins at 6pm.
Duwek’s large scale luminescent images are collected via a pinhole camera left out overnight for 8-10 hours. The negatives are scanned and subtly enhanced by computer, then printed on canvas and stretched onto frames.
We should meet between 5:15-5:30pm and plan to depart no later than 5:35pm from SCAD-Atlanta. We’ll meet at the lower level of the parking garage, as usual. After the opening we can all grab a bite to eat and catch up. Come with restaurant ideas.

Hi Walker,
sounds great! I will be working @ SCAD orientation, so as soon as orientation is done I will join the group at the lower level of the parking garage.
Denise Lira | Thursday, January 4, 2007 | 10:19PM I’m doing the orientation thing with Denise and then have to go get Rebecca from the Airport. If I’m not passed out at that point I’ll meat you all there.
Ninja Dave | Friday, January 5, 2007 | 1:00PM Hey, sorry I have to post in comments, but Composition Gallery is putting out a call for submissions for their anniversary show. I don’t see the guidelines and form on their site, but let me know if you’d like it and I’ll email.
jason | Friday, January 5, 2007 | 9:34PM Hey Jason, I sent you login information, but somehow it’s not getting to you. Check your junkmail folder and see if it ended up there.
