Photo Awesome

So I spent the last few days admiring this artist as he transformed our gallery space into another world- and I spent all day today helping him create a forest out of tumbleweed on a wall 30 feet high.  Peter Von Tiesenhausen is from Alberta Canada and though he is a painter at heart, he is an installation artist.  His work is really ‘awesome’ and worth looking at.  He gave a lecture the other night that was inspiring and was one of the best artist lectures i’ve ever been to… (and we all know that we’ve been to alot of lectures!).  So here’s his website, check it out and I will post all the photos from today and a video from the opening on Friday night asap.  http://www.tiesenhausen.net/
