Solomon / Stokes Art Walk
This Friday, we’ll be attending the openings at both Solomon Projects and Gallery Stokes. Meet at SCAD at 7pm, and head straight to Solomon Projects. Then to Castleberry Hill for the art walk and Gallery Stokes opening.
Beep Beep gallery on Saturday, too. Dunno what time yet.

This Saturday please join us at Beep Beep Gallery for the opening reception of NOSTALGIA: POP ART FROM CHILDHOOD.
This show is about images from our childhood, particularly in reference to the Alf’s, Panthro’s, He-Men and Jem’s of our childhoods. Our memories of these characters and stories are inextricably linked to our development, and are often recalled as easily as our first kiss or the time we broke our arm. We were bombarded with these fantastical creatures and peoples through television, movies, magazines, and video games at an age when we possessed few filters for information.
With the influence of these iconic images in mind, your favorite local artists have put together an amazing exhibit. These artists include John Tindel, H.C. Warner, Joy Phrasavath, Katie Ridley, Charlie Owens, Lloyd Benjamin, Zarlacc, Colleen Burley, Kerri Boles, Bryan Westberry, Blink, Stenvik Mostrom, Justin K, Kelly Teasley, Jason Kochis, J.R. Shultz, Mike Germon, Andrew Bellury, Sam Parker and Ben Goldman.
The reception goes from 8pm to 11pm on Saturday, January 26th. The show continues through February 17th, and we are open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12pm to 6pm.
